Services
I offer in-person and virtual therapy for children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families. My work is relational, practical, and tailored to each individual or family. I take an integrative, developmentally informed approach grounded in evidence-based practice.
Individual Therapy
For children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, identity questions, or a sense of feeling stuck. Sessions are collaborative, strength based, and focused on building insight, regulation, and meaningful change.
Family Therapy
Support for families seeking healthier communication, reduced conflict, and stronger connection. This work is especially helpful when a child or teen is struggling, family stress feels high, or parents want support navigating challenges together.
Parent Coaching
Skills-based, supportive coaching to help parents feel more confident and grounded.
Focus areas may include:
- Understanding your child’s behavior patterns within the context of your family system
- PCIT-informed and attachment-based parenting approaches
- Parenting a child with anxiety
- Supporting a neurodivergent child (including when parents are also neurodivergent)
- Guidance around boundaries, routines, and connection
- Emotional regulation strategies for children and parents
- Helping your child develop executive functioning skills
- Navigating school accomodations
- Helping launch young adult children
Executive Functioning Coaching
Support for challenges related to planning, organization, task initiation, follow-through, emotional regulation and self-management. Common areas include ADHD-related challenges, academic stress, and transitions toward greater independence.
Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy
Therapy that honors different ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming lens and support individuals and families in building self-understanding, confidence, and practical skills.
Experience includes support for:
- ADHD
- Autism spectrum
- Gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) individuals
- Sensory sensitivities and emotional intensity
Child & Play-Based Therapy
Developmentally appropriate therapy for younger children using play, creativity, and relationship-based approaches rather than talk alone. This allows children to express themselves, build emotional awareness, and practice regulation skills in ways that feel natural and safe.
Attachment-Based & Relational Therapy
A focus on safety, trust, and connection within the therapeutic relationship. This approach supports individuals and families impacted by relational stress, misattunement, or early experiences that continue to influence current functioning.
Therapeutic Approach
My work is integrative and may draw from:
- Attachment-based and trauma-informed care
- Family systems and relational therapy
- CBT- and DBT-informed strategies
- Mindfulness and emotion regulation skills
- Play, art, and experiential interventions
- Psychoeducation and practical skill-building
